Forget the Varsity Blues madness. Let’s talk about students who can’t afford college.
In the Varsity Blues scandal involving parents paying sometimes hundreds of thousands of dollars to fraudulently get their children into exclusive universities, the evidence gathered by prosecutors included an email from a father who wrote about devising a “road map for success” for his daughter “and getting her into a school other than ASU.”
